These Terms govern your access to and use of AI Inflation Expectations (“AIIE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the website located at https://aiinflationexpectations.org/, related subdomains, research tools, data pages, AI-generated economic expectations, charts, reports, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Important: AIIE is provided for research, educational, informational, and experimental purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or policy advice.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, organization, company, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

AIIE is a research and educational platform for AI-generated economic expectations and related analytics. The Service may include forecasts, charts, downloadable data, automated summaries, experimental AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, economic indicators, and related reporting tools.

4. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Policy Advice

5. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Some outputs may be generated using artificial intelligence models, automated workflows, or statistical procedures. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, incorrect assumptions, or misleading outputs.

We do not guarantee that any forecast, estimate, analysis, chart, report, data output, or AI-generated response will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Users must not:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;

7. User Accounts and Authentication

Some features may require authentication through Google or another identity provider. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring through their account.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Service if we believe that a user has violated these Terms, created security risks, misused the Service, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended research and educational purpose of AIIE.

8. Data Sources and Third-Party Services

AIIE may rely on third-party data sources, APIs, cloud services, authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting platforms, and AI model providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services.

Users may be subject to additional terms, licenses, or restrictions imposed by third-party data providers or services.

Unless otherwise stated, users may use publicly available AIIE outputs for research, teaching, citation, and non-commercial analysis, provided that appropriate attribution is given to AI Inflation Expectations and the original data sources where applicable.

10. Research Use and Citation

Users are encouraged to cite AIIE when using its data, forecasts, charts, or outputs in publications, presentations, reports, teaching materials, or public communications.

11. Changes to the Service

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIIE, its contributors, collaborators, operators, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
